Description	Dorothea "Granny" Heitz was the organizer and leader of the San Fernando Valley State College (SFVSC, now CSUN) "Granny Girls." Organized in 1966, by 1969 there were thirty members of the student club known as the Granny Girls. Dressed in their bright red costumes they attended sporting, homecoming, and other events. Dress, Tunic: 34 (from collar to hem) x 15 (width at hem) in.; Skirt: 32 (from waistband to hem) x 16 (width as displayed) in.; Hat: 14 (width of brim) in.
