Description	Groundbreaking for the new library at San Fernando Valley State College (now CSUN). Those present include Warner Masters (far left), director of campus planning; Dr. James Cleary (second from right), University President; and Norman Tanis (far right), Dean of Libraries. Upon its completion in 1972 the new library would be dedicated the Delmar T. Oviatt Library in honor of the college's first Dean of Students. Black and white photograph, 13.5 10.5 in.
