Description	Judge Julian Beck and Dr. and Mrs. Ralph Prator drive past the reviewing stand in the homecoming parade. Judge Beck co-authored the state resolution that led to the founding of San Fernando Valley State College (now CSUN). Dr. Prator was the college's first president. They are shown riding down the street in a convertible Cadillac, past a few local businesses. Black and white photograph, 8 x 10 in.
