Description	Robert E. Gibson (pictured right), President of the San Fernando Valley Industrial Association (now VICA), and Dr. Ray Jones, Director of the National Center on Deafness (NCOD) at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) admire a sign designating the site of the future permanent building for the Center. Mr. Gibson and his organization had recently presented the NCOD with a donation for its building fund. It was the second year that they had done so. In 1986, ground was broken on the Jeanne M. Chisholm Hall; the building was dedicated in 1989. Black and white photograph, 4 x 5 in.
