Description	The Dedication announcement for the Delmar T. Oviatt Library following completion of Phase II construction (the addition of the wings). The announcement was hand printed on the Washington Press by the University Libraries. Dedication ceremonies were led by California State University, Northridge (CSUN) President James W. Cleary, State Senator Alan Robbins, and Acting Dean Douglas A. Davis, all of whom signed this copy of the announcement. Announcement, 12.5 x 9.5 in.
