This is the front page of the first issue; topic covered include the grading system in East L.A. public schools and a rally in support of the California grape boycott (featuring speakers Rudy Acuña and Dolores Huerta). The newspaper continues to be produced by the students of the CSUN Chicana and Chicano Studies Department. Newspaper, 16 x 11 in.
