Description	Ms. Carol Vaness, one of the world's most well-known and respected sopranos (pictured right) with former professor Dr. David Scott of California State University, Northridge (CSUN) (pictured left). Ms. Vaness is an alumna of CSUN. She made her Metropolitan Opera debut in 1984 and has performed with every great tenor of her day. Dr. Scott, in his tenure at CSUN, has staged numerous operas.
