Description	This issue of the College Information Bulletin of San Fernando Valley State College (now CSUN) addresses the events of November 4, 1968 that came to be known as the "November 4th Incident" in which a large number of African American students took over the Administration Building (Bayramian Hall). Dr. Paul Blomgren, acting President of Valley State, issued this statement to the college community the next day, entitled: "ACTING PRESIDENT BLOMGREN MAKES STATEMENT REGARDING EVENTS OF NOV. 4" . Blomgren, who was forced to sign an agreement to a list of demands by the President of the BSU (Black Student's Union), indicates that the document was signed under duress the previous day, and that those students responsible for the takeover would be held accountable by the college and by the legal system where applicable.
