Culture Clash's break into legitimate theater came on October 5, 1988 with the premiere of their play, "The Mission" at Intersection for the Arts in San Francisco, California. They gained even greater recognition when they brought "The Mission" to the Los Angeles Theater Center. The Latino/Chicano comedy theater troupe Culture Clash began on Cinco de Mayo, 1984 at René Yáñez's Galeria de la Raza in San Francisco, California. 8.3 in. x 5.5 in.
