Description	In his 1940 book "An American's History of Hollywood: The Tower of Babel", G. Allison Phelps seeks to further the notion that the underlying goal of the motion picture industry is to debase, debauch, and defile American lives. Phelps was a journalist, radio broadcaster, and author who, like many anti-semites of the time, also perpetuated the notion that Hollywood was run by Communist Jews. The book has a white cover with blue type and a splash of red stars across the top. 8 x 5 in.
